Omnia is the brainchild of Costs Lawyer and litigation costs specialist Sue Nash, co-founder of full service costs company Litigation Costs Services.
Omnia has been born out of Sue’s 25 years’ experience advising on litigation costs. Sue is a renowned expert in the field of costs law and in particular the new discipline of costs management. She regularly contributes articles in various publications including the Law Society Gazette, Litigation Futures, Legal IT professionals, Solicitor’s Journal and The Times newspaper. She has written the Practice Note on Precedent H for PLC Dispute Resolution. Sue also lectures at conferences and is a CPD accredited training provider through the ACL (Association of Costs Lawyers). Omnia is a solution reflecting her in-depth understanding of the anatomy of litigation, and how it is organised and funded, gained over her many years in this very specialist field.
Sue’s insight into the business and costs of litigation is complemented by Peter Smith who has over 20 years of experience as a software developer. The Technical Support team is headed by Steve Payne who was instrumental in the development of Action Cost, a bespoke program for handling group actions and other larger scale and complex litigation.
